I pressed the hull skins in with the help of Newton Clamps & timber ontop of the sheerline of the topside panels with both Newton & normal clamps. The skin forward of the chainplates from chine to keel creased the first time. I think it was a cumulative factor of the stiffness of the 3mm CorecellM80, the templates being out slightly, the hardspots in the topside panels (i did not realise these were here until after I removed the hull from the jig) & post curing the skins on the bench making them stiffer. The green foam is 4mm Divincell replacement. Looking back I wished I had laminated it to the rest of the under skin panel on the vacuum table instead of giving me another joint to tab.

Once I had the under skin panels in place I removed the newton clamps inside the hull to help manipulate them into place, installed some 300gsm carb uni for stiffness & strength after I primed the foam & then laide the inner skin of 100gsm dbl bias
