Mar 2021 The foredeck plug & moulds, Dance floor down & carriage rail mouldings done

Right arm is now in use thought still not 100 percent.

Foredeck plug & mould

Had drama’s releasing the plug from the foredeck mould as I used a teflon spray as a mould release agent on strong advise from a composit’s rep 🤦‍♂️. Took about 30 hours to dig the plug out & repair the mould. I wish I had of started the plug again (would have been quicker) looking back as there was about an extra 10 hours of fiddling/fudging & fairing because of the mould not being perfect & probably a couple of hundred grams in weight as well.

Fore deck is on, time to remove from the Jig!!!
