Getting hard to get in to the workspace due to pesky guests.

I made the stump (over built at 950grams) with a strong point for the vang & other systems beefing up a snapped lower windsurfing mast section. Note having a pinched nerve in my back which meant I had to use my left hand for most jobs (I am right handed) not only slowed progress down but meant the workmanship looks untidy possibly added a 100 or 200 grams of weight. I probably should have taken a few months off.

I did the templates for the Frames/bulkheads/centre spline & laminated them on the vacuum table in 9mm CorecellM80 200gsm dbl bias carb both sides with a bit of extra uni from the stump to the chainplates. A bit of thought (probably too much) went into hard pints for fittings & systems/forestay tang

The foam strips on the inside of the topside panels are a limiting stop for when I install the cockpit floor

The Dancefloor/cockpit deck was done in tandem with the splines & bulkheads. I used 9mm CorecellM80 which I had to slit manually to get it to conform to the radius. I would use 5mm next time. Skins were 300 gsm carb dbl bias top & 195 gsm carb/kev plain weave under.
